Non-Refundable Subscription Fees
We provide prospects with the opportunity to access a real-time demo, where applicable, so they can review the software functionality and understand the application before making a purchase.
Users are encouraged to review the available demo, functionality and features carefully before subscribing to or purchasing any software service. Once payment has been made and the applicable software, subscription, installation files or service access has been initiated or provided, the amount paid shall be considered non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed by Finora IT Solution in writing.
